Due - Privacy Policy

Developed and published by VIRTVS

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Due is an application developed and published by VIRTVS for managing work shifts, hours worked, compensation, and related information.

1. Data entered in the app

Due allows users to enter information related to their work activity, including shifts, working hours, breaks, work models, notes, compensation information, and other data required for the app's calculation features.

This data is stored locally on the user's device and is not sent to VIRTVS servers.

Due does not require users to create an account, and VIRTVS does not maintain a remote database containing the work-related data entered in the app.

2. Device calendar

Due may request access to the device calendar in order to allow users to synchronize their shifts with a calendar selected by the user.

Calendar access occurs only after the user grants permission. Due may read the information necessary to identify available calendars and may create, update, or delete events generated through the app's synchronization features.

Information related to synchronized shifts is not sent to VIRTVS.

Any synchronization through services such as Google Calendar, iCloud, or other providers is managed by the operating system and the relevant service and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

3. Public holidays

Due uses the external Nager.Date service to retrieve information about public holidays.

When this feature is used, Due sends to the service only the information necessary to complete the request, such as the country code and requested year.

Due does not send Nager.Date any shifts, compensation information, notes, work models, or other work-related data entered by the user.

As normally occurs with Internet communications, the service provider may receive technical information necessary for the connection, such as the IP address. Processing carried out by Nager.Date is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Data export

Due allows users to generate and export documents containing information stored in the app, such as PDF or CSV files.

These documents are generated locally at the user's request and are not automatically uploaded to VIRTVS servers.

Once a document has been exported, its handling depends on the destination chosen by the user and on the applications or services used to save or share it.

5. Advertising, analytics, and profiling

Due does not integrate advertising systems and does not use work-related data entered in the app for advertising or profiling purposes.

Due does not use data entered by the user to create advertising profiles.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data managed directly by Due is stored locally on the user's device.

Users can modify or delete their data through the features available in the app. Uninstalling the app will normally remove the local data associated with the application, except for any copies, backups, or exported files managed by the device, operating system, or services selected by the user.

Because VIRTVS does not store the work-related data entered in Due on its servers, VIRTVS does not possess a remote copy of such data to delete.

7. Security

Due limits access to device data and permissions to the features necessary for the app to function.

Work-related data managed directly by Due is stored locally and is not transferred to VIRTVS servers.

The user remains responsible for the security of their device and of any files they choose to export or share.

8. Children

Due is not specifically designed for children and does not intentionally collect personal information from minors through accounts or services managed by VIRTVS.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app, the services it uses, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The date of the latest update will be shown at the beginning of this page.
